Well we come home tomorrow and I can honestly say I will be happy to see New Orleans. I can't wait to return to work and share all my experiences and to talk about the lack of fashion in Italy. Paris was okay but Italy...whew!!!! If I saw one more Disney shirt or Duff beer anything well ahhhhhhh!!! No one wears dresses in Italy by the way. Okay that is my rant for the 2 weeks. All in all Rome was our favorite!!!! The food, culture, service and history was overwhelming but so AMAZING!! Livo and Vito I love you long time.Ladies of Rockmart and New Orleans we got a wedding to plan. Yippie!!!!!

Let me just say this the cultures of everywhere we have been has been educational. Some things fulfilled the stereotypes others totally blew them away. I feel we just scratched the surface of Europe as we(Kathy and Gerald) perceive it. I will say we felt more like a friend to the people of Rome then any other city. So that is our favorite...so far. We plan more trips with more in depth emulsion into the cultures, but for now this has been a wonderful "toe dip into the water" for us. American is great and we can't wait to get back, but Italy and France have a wonderful culture that is scary at first but will remain a joy to us for the rest of our lives. "Be a traveler not a tourist".
